Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 22, 2026

Overview

We respect your privacy. Our apps are designed to collect as little data as possible. We do not require registration, do not collect personal information, and do not sell any data to third parties.

AI-Powered Features

Some of our apps (Anima, NameNest, PetNamer) use AI technology to generate personalized results based on your quiz answers. Your quiz answers are sent to our secure server for processing by an AI model. We do not store your quiz answers or results on our servers. No personally identifiable information is collected or transmitted through this feature.

Data Collection

Our apps collect the following anonymous data:

• Device identifier (vendor ID) — used solely for rate limiting API requests. Not linked to your identity.
• Anonymous click statistics — when promotional content is displayed, we track which products are tapped (product ID and app name only) to improve relevance. No personal data is collected.

We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, contacts, photos, or any other personal information.

Promotional Content

Our apps display promotional content for handcrafted ceramic products from Etsy shops (ChernyArtStudio and DragonwheelStudio). This is our own promotional content, not third-party advertising. Product information (images, titles, prices) is loaded from Etsy's public RSS feeds. When you tap a product, you are redirected to Etsy.com, which is governed by Etsy's Privacy Policy.

In-App Purchases

Our apps offer optional in-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads") to remove promotional content. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not process or store any payment information.

Third-Party Services

Our apps use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store — for app distribution and in-app purchases
• Etsy — for displaying product information in promotional content
• Google Cloud Platform — for hosting our AI processing server (no personal data stored)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — for generating AI-powered results (quiz answers processed without personal identifiers)

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The apps do not require any personal information to function.

Data Security

All communication between our apps and servers uses HTTPS encryption. Our servers are hosted on Google Cloud Platform with industry-standard security measures.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. If you have purchased "Remove Ads," you can restore your purchase on any device using the same Apple ID.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
